Aaron's Graduation

Most of the family went down to the States at the beginning of the week, but because of work I was unable to, so the younger boys stayed back with me as well...  Trixy had puppies again and my girls love spending time with them - especially this one, Izzy - such a heart for animals!  Marshmallows + Campfire = Happy, Happy, Happy Kids!  I took the boys, and my grandparents down to NY with me We got in super late the night before, but the hotel we booked had a pool in it, so the boys HAD to swim, even if it was for only 10 minutes! The drive down was hard, but so thankful both grandparents were able to make it Some of his graduating class  Receiving his diploma The family  My parents and Aaron - who gave so selflessly!  So proud of this guy Aaron R. Toman - Class of 2014 So excited to watch as you follow God and His leading in your life! Can't wait to see what your next chapter brings!

Today is Only Friday

Today is Only Friday R.L.  Faith was gone Hope had faded Wrapped and lain on a cold grey stone The promise died But, this was only Friday Tears poured out Hearts broken in a million pieces All they'd come to know Suddenly taken from their grasp But, this was only Friday Yes this was only Friday Little did they know Sunday would come A song would rise From ashes Beauty would be seen Hope would dawn again Faith would rise once more

Sisters...

Hanging around the kitchen Spring Colors... Sisters For many years we shared our lives One roof we once lived under Sometimes we laughed, Sometimes we cried Through winter storms and thunder The younger years have faded fast We've gone our separate ways But through all time our friendship lasts Our bond in life remains As summer brings the happy times The autumn winds will whisper A closer friend I'll never find Than the one I call my sister

Renovations

With the floor all dug up, most of the old walls torn down we were able to lay all the cement we needed to. Was a cooler than it likely should have been, but it was laid and is set nicely now The ramp in...James was a faithful guy   Leveling off...Jo-Jo got right in there So thankful for dad's help, couldn't have done it without him... was nice to spend some time with him as well the times seem to be stretching fewer and farther between makes the times we do get more special

Morning, Noon, and Evening

Morning Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days Psalm 90:14 Noon He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your justice as the noonday Psalm 37:6 Evening Let my prayer be counted as incense before you, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice Evening and morning and at noon I utter my complaint before you, and You hear my voice Psalm 55:17 Just like there are different times of a day God has different times for different things in our lives Rest in His arms His timing is perfect Those that seek the Lord lack no good thing!

Hamilton Falls

Another beautiful night - Daniel and I discovering more of Hamilton's hidden beauty The building on the right was Upper Canada's first paper mill owned by James Crooks and began it's operations in 1826  The Darnley Cascade East Greenville Falls The eager guy - who is so willing to come with me - even though I'm sure there are a million other things he'd rather be doing! Many great laughs, great chats, and some funny moments along the way The Tews Falls Definitely want to come back to these - when we have longer! The trails here are amazing and the view - spectacular! Can't wait to come back! So there's three more falls checked off the list!
