A Celebration of 80 years!

My dear Grandmother turned 80 on the 24th of May - and what a trooper she still is!
We took her down to Niagara Falls, NY to do some shopping - yes I know you can do shopping right here 10min down the road, but this trip was something super special that meant a lot to her! We got her this outfit (with a white skirt:)) she was thrilled! We got in on the Memorial Day sales - found some really good deals:)

She's such an energy giver - always smiling, ready to laugh! Love her so much and thankful the Lord has given her all these years!

We all went to Crossroads, Elmira for dinner on Saturday night - was really nice and a great way to celebrate the 80yrs of her life! Praying for many more for you Grandma!

Dear Followers, I apologize for not writing on the happenings in the last few months! Many new opportunities, many ups and downs, but through it all - there is so much to learn, and hopefully in the process He's making us into stronger people, becoming more and more like Him! December was filled with lots of different Christmas happenings, get together's, music opportunities, visitations, baking, eating of yummy food, and spending time with family! I maybe took 3 or 4 pictures - not much to show, but will be bringing more pictures of the upcoming months! New Years - I was sick again, so I was home alone, while everyone went else where to ring in the New Year! I will be Mrs. Tallman ...background story!

Our story began August 20th, 2017 when through a fluke we got paired up to work a 12 hour shift together. Benjamin proved to be an incredible listener and super easy to talk to. This one shift turned into many more as Ben went to the supervisor (unbeknownst to me) requesting the same schedule. These shifts proved to be a highlight in my week and I couldn't wait to get on the truck every other Sunday with Benjamin. I cannot tell you when we started dating, but our first time meeting up to study (outside of work) was October 12th after school in a Starbucks in Grimsby, ON. Benjamin was a once in a lifetime friend and I was growing to admire and respect the man I saw in him. Finally, our school semester was over and we were able to spend a bit more time together and getting to know each others families. He fit into my family so well from day one.
