A New Chapter

Now that life is back to "normal" and getting adjusting to the pace of life... I realized I was terribly behind in my blogging:( One of the first things to go when life get's busy. I have to admit that I didn't take too many photo's but there are some moments that I would love to share with you all!  My dear sister wrote and recorded a song for her wedding (a song to dad and Chris). I was so honored to be able to go with her to the studio and help with the mixing, etc - was fun and brought back a ton of memories! This song was played as dad gave Jenelle to Chris - "Take This Moment" was definitely a highlight of the ceremony! Brought three of Henry + Heathers boys home Saturday night and they were able to spend a few days here with our boys! Was nice for all of them I think! Any motorized vehicle they could find, they drove... basically:) Hendrick and Jonathan spent the morning fishing... So I filleted the five fish and they had fresh trout for lunch! They said it was yummy! They slept in the tent all three nights - even though two of those nights it down poured! It was a spur of the moment "Rach, can we come to your house" so they didn't have any of their clothes, however Jonathan and Micah had tons to go around - or so we thought! They spent so much time outside in the mud... so many changes of clothes... so good to have the boys here though!  It's not often that our younger boys get the opportunity to play with children their own age, think they all enjoyed it! Hope they don't all get extreme colds now though!  Took the boys back and was able to do some good g...

I was able to go to Deanna Malespin's (A dear friend) Baby Shower - didn't get a whole lot of pictures, but a few that needed to be shared:) So good to see Deanna and get somewhat caught up... life happens!  The beautiful mother-to-be - so excited for her!  Quite a few neat games were played - this was one and my mom volunteered to be a baby and race against another competitor to finish the juice in the bottle! She won of course! Sarah-Ruth and Faith later on went in the kitchen... cute girls One day this past week I went to help out one of my cousins... she's pregnant with their third child (so happy for them) and dear Maggi here has recently been diagnosed with T1D. I took them to an appointment then watched Maggi... she's such a sweet little girl! Her mother is an amazing women and an inspiration... keep them in your prayers! note: I've been having to use the camera on my phone - the lens on my camera got scratched:(
